DOMESTIC RETURNS

We hope you love your Bersama pieces, but if something’s not quite right — we’re happy to offer a store credit for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure the following requirements are met before initiating a return:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

Once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), we’ll issue your store credit.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • All original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on bikini bottoms

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you’re entitled to a full refund or store credit. Please contact us as soon as the item arrives.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
